January 19, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

Exercises:
Walked around a store I serviced today for 2 hours. 
 


Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local honey/filtered water with Trader Joe's Vit. C powder & NOW MSM powder & Eclectic Institute Spearmint Flavored Astragalus Glycerite; Dorset Pineapple & Papaya Meusli with homemade raw almond milk
Work Snack - filtered water; organic raw sunflower seeds
Lunch - 2 scrambled organic pasture eggs; 1 slice uncured beef bacon; filtered water
Snack - filtered water
Dinner - baked organic chicken leg; Spanish rice; homemade raw almond milk
