Exercises: 20 counter push-ups; 2-minute squat; walking; 100 jumps on trampoline; 10 horizontal squats

Daily Meals:
Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Bio - C/Astragalus/filtered water
Snack - filtered water
Lunch - homemade mixed raw nuts/organic raisins/cacao chips; filtered water
Snack - 1 Trader Joe's Uncrystallized Candied Ginger; filtered water
Dinner - leftover rotisserie chicken breast; broccoli florets with mozzarella cheese sauce; raw milk
Snack - filtered water

Estimated Carbohydrate Total:
46.5g Not too bad; still above 30, though ...
