Dinner - May 4, 2013

Tonight's dinner was broiled in my brand new countertop oven. It was soooo good. It was organic Llano Seco pork shoulder steaks, topped with Trader Joe's 21 Spice Salute and chipotle powder. It was joined by organic tomato and cucumber slices topped with Crave Brothers Mascarpone and paprika.
