Exercises:
Walked around a store I serviced today for 3 hours. 
80 jumps on trampoline
20 counter push-ups (10 forward/10 backward)

Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local honey/filtered water with Trader Joe's Vit. C powder & NOW MSM powder & Eclectic Institute Spearmint Flavored Astragalus Glycerite; 2 slices homemade Cinnamon Raisin bread slice with Organic Valley Pasture Butter
Work Snack - filtered water with organic lemon; organic raw sunflower seeds
Lunch - Rocky Dogs Chicken hot dog on Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Hot Dog Bun ; filtered water
Snack - filtered water
Dinner - Rotisseried grass-fed beef heart; Monterey Pasta Company Organic Spinach & Cheese Ravioli with olive oil/pepper flakes & Lindsay Naturals Black Ripe California Medium Pitted Olives; homemade organic raw almond milk
Snack - Organic India Tulsi Chai Masala tea with Trader Joe's Organic Raw Blue Agave Sweetener & Straus Organic Cream-Top Whole Milk; SunRidge Farms Organic banana chips
