Cinnamon Raisin Bread recipe

I've made this recipe many times, but I think my yeast has died as the loaves did not rise as much as usual. But, it still tastes good!

9 ounces filtered water
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 3/4 Tablespoons organic sugar
3 cups organic flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup organic raisins
Put all ingredients into bread machine pan, in above order, except raisins. Set breadmaker to dough setting. Start. Add 1 teaspoon of flour to raisins in a small jar. Shake to separate raisins from each other. Add raisins to breadmaker after 10 minutes of mixing.
When dough cycle is done, lay dough on floured board. Divide in 2 even parts. Pat each section into a flat square. Fold over in thirds; then fold in thirds again. Turn over (folds are on underside) and lay in glass bread pan that has been lightly greased or buttered. Cover with damp cloth napkin or kitchen towel and place in gas oven (NOT turned on) to rise for approximately 90 minutes. (If you don't have a gas oven, preheat your electric oven while the dough is mixing. Before it finishes, turn oven off, then place the pans on the open oven door to rise.) Take from oven. Preheat oven to 375F. When temperature is reached, place uncovered pans in oven and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from pans. Allow to cool before slicing.
