Exercises:
40 jumps on mini-trampoline
Walked 2/3 mile to mailbox and back with Nikky. (Check out her dapper duds - I made that about 15 years ago for another dog I had. May start making them again to sell:



Meals:
Breakfast - 2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread (toast) with organic local honey/Organic Valley Pasture Butter sandwich; organic lemon/organic local honey/filtered water with Trader Joe's Vit. C powder & NOW MSM powder & Eclectic Institute Spearmint Flavored Astragalus Glycerite
Snack - kumquat; organic carrot/apple juice
Lunch - MaraNatha Natural Raw almond butter/Smucker's Orchard's Finest Northwest Triple Berry jelly/2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread sandwich; filtered water
Snack - filtered water; homemade Cinnamon Raisin bread slice
Dinner - Del Real Chicken Tamale in Red Sauce; Eden Organics Chili Pinto Beans & Spelt; organic raw almond milk
Snack -  homemade Cinnamon Raisin bread slice with Organic Valley Pasture Butter
Filtered water
