Lunch - strawberry/banana/maca/raw milk smoothie - 33g
Snack - 2 Mission Plain pork rinds; filtered water - 0g
Dinner - half Cornish Game hen; raw milk -18g
Snack - Rapunzel Organic Extra Dark 70% Chocolate; sun tea - 7g

69.5g :( Yes. I had the exact same things as yesterday ...
