Lunch - Organic rainbow carrots; Cypress Grove Chevre Sgt. Pepper Goat Milk Cheese; sun tea
Snack - filtered water
Dinner - beef chuck roast; raw milk
Snack - filtered water

Estimated Carbohydrate Total:
35.5g YES! This is a good day!! Prefer less than 30g, but this is better than the past few days!
