Exercises: 20 counter push-ups; 2-minute squat; 100 jumps on trampoline; 20 horizontal crunches; 10 stair climbs; 20 Abdoer; 30 resistence rings; 30 dumbbells; 2 minute Seated Forward Bend yoga; 2-minute Child's Pose yoga; 10 big ball push-up; 100 turns pedal exerciser; 1 big ball hamstring curls; working in yard; rode bicycle
Walking - 3803 steps

Daily Meals:
Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Bio - C/Astragalus/filtered water; 1 Trader Joe's Uncrystallized Candied Ginger;  Dr. Bronner's Fair Trade Organic Whole Virgin Coconut Oil; So Delicious Cultured Vanilla Coconut milk- 14.5g
Snack - lemon slice in filtered water - 1g
