Lunch - fried bacon, eggs, tomatoes with shredded raw cheddar cheese melted on top; filtered water
Snack - filtered water
Dinner - pork rib chops; chicken & artichoke ravioli in olive oil with red pepper flakes; raw milk
Snack - filtered water
