Stir-fry Vegetables with Lamb Patties recipe

I was inspired to make this by +Steve Cooksey!

Ground Lamb (enough to make 2 patties)
Freshly ground salt & black pepper to taste
Bacon Grease

Shape meat into patties. Cook on medium-high in bacon grease in cast-iron pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper on one side. Turn. Cook until done. Remove patties. Pour off excess grease into grease jar or another cast-iron pan.

1 organic red bell pepper, sliced
1.5 cups organic broccoli, cut into bite-size chunks
1/2 organic white onion, sliced
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Add these ingredients to pan and stir-fry until very tender.

Top meat and vegetables with shredded organic raw cheddar cheese.
 This served 2.
