Lunch - homemade organic carrot/apple juice
Dinner - 2 organic pastured eggs, scrambled with organic bell pepper chunks, organic chicken & Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien; 2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread (toast) with Organic Pastures Raw Butter; homemade raw almond milk
Snack - Yogi Green Tea Super Antioxidant with local raw alfalfa honey & cinnamon
