C powder & NOW MSM powder & Eclectic Institute Spearmint Flavored Astragalus Glycerite; 2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread (toast) with organic local honey/Organic Valley Pasture Butter sandwich
Work snack - filtered water
Lunch - homemade Clementine orange/organic Gala apple/organic carrot juice
Snack - filtered water
Dinner - baked organic chicken leg; slice Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread (garlic/parsley toast) with Organic Valley Pasture Butter
