Snack - filtered water;
Lunch - Baked cheese sandwich of Organic Valley Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese & Trader Joe's Fat Free Organic Whole Wheat Bread; filtered water
Snack - filtered water
Dinner - chicken tamale with Trader Joe's Organic Refried Beans; homemade raw almond milk
Snack - organic raw macadamia nuts; homemade organic banana chips; filtered water
