Exercises:
80 jumps on trampoline (holding 8 lb. dog)
20 trampoline crunches
20 counter push-ups (10 forward/10 backward)
Vacuumed dining room

Breakfast - none
Snack - organic lemon/organic local raw honey/filtered water with  NOW MSM powder & Nature's Answer Astragalus Extract; organic raw sunflower seeds; Yummy Earth Organic Sour Apple Lollipop
Lunch - Homemade burrito: homemade tortilla; Organic Valley Pasture Butter; organic ground pork fried in fat skimmed from homemade bone broth with cayenne pepper, chili pepper, Mediterranean spice & garlic salt; Trader Joe's Organic Refried Beans; white rice made with homemade bone broth; shredded Organic Valley Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese; filtered water
Snack - Madagascar Vanilla African Rooibos tea with homemade raw almond milk
Dinner - elk burger on 2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread & Organic Valley Pasture Butter sandwich; homemade organic French-fried potatoes in Fair Trade Organic White Virgin Coconut Oil with Spicely Organic Lemon Pepper & salt; homemade raw almond milk
