January 5, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

Exercises:
80 jumps on mini-trampoline
Walked around the 2 stores I serviced for 3 hours ...
Worked in garden for 2 hours.


Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local honey/filtered water with Trader Joe's Vit. C powder & NOW MSM powder & Eclectic Institute Spearmint Flavored Astragalus Glycerite; 2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread (toast) with organic local honey/Organic Valley Pasture Butter sandwich
Work snack - filtered water with organic lemon; organic raw sunflower seeds
Lunch - Rocky Dogs Chicken hot dog on Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Hot Dog Bun with Mt. Olive Banana Pepper Rings and organic green onion; filtered water
Snack - filtered water; organic cacao nibs
Dinner - Rotisseried organic whole chicken with lemon pepper; homemade biscuits; Full Circle Organic lentil soup; filtered water
Snack - Filtered water; 5 Nabisco Ritz crackers; Chevrine Goat Milk Dairy Fresh Goat Cheese Garlic & Herb
