Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local raw honey/filtered water with NOW MSM powder & Nature's Answer Astragalus Extract
Lunch - Banana Chocolate Chia Pudding; filtered water
Snack - Sound Sea Vegetables Spicy Nori Strip; hard-boiled Pasture-raised Egg; filtered water
Dinner - homemade tortilla pizza; homemade raw almond milk
Snack - Annie's Cinnamon Bunny Grahams with Organic Pastures Raw Butter; filtered water
