Lunch - 4 pieces Applegate Organics Genoa Salami; Redwood Hill Farm Garlic Chive Chevre; 4 Blue Diamond Hazelnut Nut-Thins crackers; 2 organic pitted dates rolled in coconut; sun tea

Snack - filtered water
Dinner - half rotisseried Cornish game hen; mashed sweet potato; raw milk
Snack - filtered water
