Exercises & Daily Meals - August 10, 2012

Exercises: 20 counter push-ups; 2-minute squat; 100 jumps on trampoline; 20 horizontal crunches; 10 stair climbs; 2-minute Seated Forward Bend yoga; 2-minute Child's Pose yoga; weeding & working in the yard
Walking - 1310 steps

Daily Meals:
Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Bio - C/Astragalus/filtered water - 8.5g
Snack - 1 Trader Joe's Uncrystallized Candied Ginger; filtered water - 3g
Lunch - Strauss Organic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream; filtered water - 19g
Snack - coconut oil; sun tea - 0g
Dinner - Ground lamb tacos wrapped in green lettuce with Rumiano garlic cheddar cheese, tomatoes, olives & banana pepper rings; raw milk - 22g
Snack - First Fruits Berries & Cherries; filtered water  - 5g

Estimated Carbohydrate Total:
57.5g Much better than I had been the past few days!
