Snack - 1 Trader Joe's Uncrystallized Candied Ginger; coconut oil; filtered water - 3g
Lunch - 2 eggs scrambled with leftover ground lamb taco meat with Rumiano garlic cheddar cheese, tomatoes, olives & banana pepper rings; filtered water - 5g
Snack - coconut oil; sun tea - 0g
Dinner - oven-grilled T-bone steak; small salad; raw milk - 25g

Snack - filtered water  - 0g

Estimated Carbohydrate Total:
33g Yay! Pretty good today!
