Exercises: 20 counter push-ups; 2-minute squat; 10 stair climbs; 2 minute Seated Forward Bend yoga; 2-minute Child's Pose yoga

Snack - lemon cucumber slice in filtered water - 1g
Lunch - Sierra Nevada Cheese Company Jalapeño Jack; Mestemacher Natural Three Grain Bread; Applegate Organic Genoa Salami; Lavender Lemonade;  - 24g
Snack - homemade nut mix; filtered water - 3g
Dinner - oven-grilled wild-caught Coho salmon; steamed Eat Smart broccoli florets; grilled organic Garnet yam; grapes; raw milk - 48g
Snack - lemon slice in filtered water  - 1g
