Exercises & Daily Meals - August 8, 2012

Exercises: 20 counter push-ups; 2-minute squat; 100 jumps on trampoline; 20 horizontal crunches; 10 stair climbs; 20 Abdoer; 30 resistence rings; 30 dumbbells; 2 minute Seated Forward Bend yoga; working on fence

Daily Meals:
Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Bio - C/Astragalus/filtered water - 8.5g
Snack - 1 Trader Joe's Uncrystallized Candied Ginger; filtered water - 3g
Lunch - bacon; fried eggs; raw cream; Lavender Lemonade - 34g
Snack - lemon juice; coconut oil; sun tea - 12g
Dinner - whole rotisseried Cornish game hen; raw milk - 18g

Snack - First Fruits Island Blend; sun tea  - 5g
