Daily Meals:
Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Bio - C/Cinnamon/filtered water; 1 Trader Joe's Uncrystallized Candied Ginger;  Dr. Bronner's Fair Trade Organic Whole Virgin Coconut Oil; So Delicious Cultured Vanilla Coconut milk; bacon  - 17.5g
Snack - pork rinds; filtered water - 0g
Lunch - pork stew meat fried in bacon grease;
sun tea - 0g 
Snack -  filtered water - 0g
Dinner - rotisseried chicken; raw milk - 18g 

Snack - 10 raspberries with homemade whipped raw cream; filtered water - 2g
Estimated Carbohydrate Total:
37.5g very good!
