Snack - filtered water - 0g Lunch - 20 raspberries with homemade whipped raw cream; filtered water - 4g 
Snack -  Turkey Creek Old Fashioned Pork Rinds; Rumiano Garlic Jack cheese; sun tea - 0g
Dinner - rotisseried chicken, bacon, spinach, cucumber, tomato, olive, raisin salad with cream cheese; raw milk - 33g
