Exercises & Daily Meals - September 4, 2012

Exercises: 20 counter push-ups; 100 jumps on trampoline; 20 horizontal crunches; 10 stair climbs; 20 Abdoer; 30 resistence rings; 30 dumbbells; 100 turns pedal exerciser; 10 big ball push-up; 3 hours working on fence 
Walking - 1775 steps

Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Bio - C/Cinnamon/filtered water; 1 Trader Joe's Uncrystallized Candied Ginger;  Dr. Bronner's Fair Trade Organic Whole Virgin Coconut Oil; So Delicious Cultured Vanilla Coconut milk; bacon; thinly sliced beef  - 17.5g
