2 organic plantains
|3 Tablespoons||Dr Bronner's Virgin Coconut Oil|
2-3 Tablespoons local raw honey
|3/4 teaspoons||Simply Organic Cinnamon Powder|
Cut the ends off the plantains, peel and slice into 1/4-inch thick 'coins'.
Heat the oil in a large cast iron pan (I used #9); stir in the honey, cinnamon and salt. Add the plantains. Cook on medium, stirring the plantains until coated and flipping occasionally to brown both sides.
