January 4, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

Exercises:
80 jumps on mini-trampoline
Walked around the 3 stores I serviced for an hour ...
Worked in garden for 2 hours.

Meals:  
filtered water with Eclectic Institute Spearmint Flavored Astragalus Glycerite
Breakfast - 2 slices homemade Cinnamon Raisin bread slice with Organic Valley Pasture Butter, fresh-squeezed Clementine juice
Work snack - filtered water with organic lemon; organic raw sunflower seeds
Lunch - Rocky Dogs Chicken hot dog on Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Hot Dog Bun with Mt. Olive Banana Pepper Rings and organic green onion; filtered water
Snack - filtered water
Dinner - Rotisseried organic whole chicken with lemon pepper (I ate about 1/4 of it!); homemade biscuits; organic raw almond milk
Snack - Filtered water; Yummy Earth Organic grape lollipop
