January 6, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

I am down to 132 lbs. (down from a high of 146 lbs.) Twelve more to go and I will be back to the weight I was from the ages of 15 to 42 (when I tore a rotator cuff 6 years ago and stopped doing anything!) I have taken about 2 years to do this. Slow and steady wins the race!

Dinner - Vegetables in bone broth mixed with radiatore pasta; filtered water
Snack - Filtered water; Yummy Earth Organic pomegranate lollipop
