I didn't take a lot of pictures for this other than the final result, which turned out great. ALL ingredients are organic! Surprisingly, I forgot to add black olives (usually a staple when I make salads!)

1 cup Fresh Spring Lettuce Mix/Fresh Baby Spinach
1/2 Heirloom Tomato, cut in thin wedges
3 inches of Green Cucumber, sliced thinly
1 Tablespoon raw Sunflower Seeds
1 teaspoon raw Hemp Seeds
1 slice Llano Seco Thick-cut Uncured Bacon, fried in its own juices, cut into 1/2-inch square pieces
2 hard-boiled Pasture-raised Eggs, sliced
1/2 cup shredded Greenbank Raw Mild Cheddar Cheese
Bragg's or favorite dressing, to taste
