Exercises & Daily Meals - July 26, 2012

Exercises: 20 counter push-ups; 2-minute squat; walking; 100 jumps on trampoline; 10 horizontal squats

Daily Meals:
Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Bio - C/Astragalus/filtered water
Snack - 1 Trader Joe's Uncrystallized Candied Ginger; filtered water
Lunch - Broiled Mozzarella Tomatoes Recipe; slice of bacon; 1 Tablespoon First Fruits Berries & Cherries; filtered water
Snack - 2 pork rinds; filtered water
Dinner - 2 Rocky Dog uncured chicken hot dogs; Sonoma Brinery Raw Sauerkraut; Bird's Eye C&W pepper strips; raw milk
Snack - Rapunzel Organic Extra Dark 70% Chocolate; sun tea
