Exercises & Daily Meals - July 5, 2012

Exercises: Worked on pulling weeds and putting up fence for 3 hours.

Daily Meals:
Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Acerola/Astragalus/filtered water
Snack - filtered water
Lunch - raw colostrum
Snack - honey lemonade; baby carrots; Garlic Chive Chevre
Dinner - pork shoulder; pasta with artichoke heart sauce; raw milk
Snack - filtered water
