We decided to have breakfast for dinner. And, it was so good!
There was enough flour left in the bag of Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix for 4 gluten-free pancakes. So we each had 2. My mom added pine nuts to the batter. Loved that little bit of crunch. Topped with lots of butter and maple syrup!
I made this to go with the pancakes - Maple Chili Bacon SOOOOO good!
And, of course, a glass of raw milk!
