I'm going to try to do a daily journal of my exercises and meals each day to kind of keep myself on track. And may help some of you with meal ideas & prompt you to do some exercises you may not do now.

Lunch - Tropical Chai Smoothie
Dinner - Broiled pork steak with Mediterranean spices; Monterey Pasta Company Butternut Squash Ravioli with olive oil/pepper flakes; sliced pear; organic raw almond milk
Snack - Hot Twinings Classic Earl Gray Tea with Blythe Raw lemongrass & Trader Joe's Organic Raw Blue Agave Sweetener

January 1, 2012 - Exercises & Meals
Tropical Chai Smoothie recipe
This turned out yummy. Pretty creamy color. It's very simple.
2 ripe organic bananas
1 1/2 cups frozen organic pineapple chunks
1 cup Trader Joe's Ruby Red Chai tea, cooled
Blend all until smooth. Enjoy!
Served 2.
