Exercises & Daily Meals - July 19, 2012

Exercises: 20 counter push-ups; walking; working on fence

Daily Meals:
Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Bio - C/Astragalus/filtered water
Snack - Transition Nutrition Royal Himalayan Wild MacMulberry Mix, organic; filtered water
Lunch - sun tea

Dinner - Bolani and Sauce Spinach Bolani; Bolani and Sauce Sweet Jalapeno Pepper Sauce; Horizon Organic cream cheese; raw milk; watermelon chunks; cream
Snack - filtered water

I'm going to start calculating my daily carbs, as I'm really trying to keep them lower than in the past. Having eliminated wheat/gluten-containing foods & most other grains, for the most part, has really helped my mom and me. But, I'm curious as to how many carbs we still get.I have a feeling they'll be pretty high today ... way more than 30g...

Estimated Carbohydrate Total:
45.5g Ugh. Too much ... and, just realized I had no meat today!!!! Must remedy that tomorrow!
