Berries and Cream recipe
I know, I know! I haven't updated this blog in over a week. I am going to be changing a few things on here and may not be posting on it as often, but hopefully will have more interesting posts. I will also be adding a few 'pages' to it in the future. Now, to the recipe! I got the idea on this from Steve Cooksey.
1/2 cup Straus Organic Plain Whole Milk Yogurt
1/2 cup Straus Organic Whole Cream
1 cup Organic Blackberries (or favorite berry)
1 Tablespoon Organic Raw Shredded Coconut
1 Tablespoon Organic Raw Dehydrated Almond Pulp
Fill bowl in order of ingredients. Enjoy!
