Breakfast:
Organic Brown Rice Snaps, Unsalted Plain and Artisana Organic Raw Pecan Butter; water; Lifeway Low Fat Plain Kefir
Lunch:
Pine nuts; coconut date roll; Wensleydale with Cranberries; (sooooo good!); Theo Classics 85% Dark Chocolate; water
Snack: Organic India Tulsi Tea Gotu Kola
Dinner:
Baked heart; fried shredded potatoes; raw milk; raw cream
