February 4, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

Exercises:
20 counter push-ups (10 forward/10 backward)
vacuumed dove/exercise room
walked around food co-op for an hour 

Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local raw honey/filtered water with NOW MSM powder & Nature's Answer Astragalus Extract; homemade biscuits with Organic Pastures Raw Butter
Lunch - Organic Spring Salad; filtered water
Snack - Sound Sea Vegetables Spicy Nori Strips; filtered water
Dinner - homemade tortilla pizza; homemade raw almond milk
Snack - Stonyfield Oikos Organic Honey Greek Yogurt with dehydrated organic raw almond pulp mixed in; filtered water

Organic Spring Salad recipe

I didn't take a lot of pictures for this other than the final result, which turned out great. ALL ingredients are organic! Surprisingly, I forgot to add black olives (usually a staple when I make salads!)

1 cup Fresh Spring Lettuce Mix/Fresh Baby Spinach
1/2 Heirloom Tomato, cut in thin wedges
3 inches of Green Cucumber, sliced thinly
1 Tablespoon raw Sunflower Seeds
1 teaspoon raw Hemp Seeds
1 slice Llano Seco Thick-cut Uncured Bacon, fried in its own juices, cut into 1/2-inch square pieces
2 hard-boiled Pasture-raised Eggs, sliced
1/2 cup shredded Greenbank Raw Mild Cheddar Cheese
Bragg's or favorite dressing, to taste
