I changed nothing from the original recipe, other than using raw milk in place of the coconut milk.
They turned out great!
I used frozen blueberries and mango. I thawed them out in the fridge overnight. I believe you can use just about any fruit that you favor.
I made 11 small muffins (9 are pictured,) although his original recipe said it would make 9. I think I just didn't fill the cups up enough to begin with.
