January 6, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

I am down to 132 lbs. (down from a high of 146 lbs.) Twelve more to go and I will be back to the weight I was from the ages of 15 to 42 (when I tore a rotator cuff 6 years ago and stopped doing anything!) I have taken about 2 years to do this. Slow and steady wins the race!

Exercises:
80 jumps on mini-trampoline
Various reps (from 5-20) of resistance rings, ball push-ups, counter push-ups, ab-doer, and a few other things I don't even know the names of!

Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local honey/filtered water with Trader Joe's Vit. C powder & NOW MSM powder & Eclectic Institute Spearmint Flavored Astragalus Glycerite; slice homemade Cinnamon Raisin bread slice with Organic Valley Pasture Butter
Lunch - Clementine orange/organic Gala apple smoothie
Snack - filtered water; organic cacao nibs
Dinner - Vegetables in bone broth mixed with radiatore pasta; filtered water
Snack - Filtered water; Yummy Earth Organic pomegranate lollipop
