Exercises & Meals - July 8, 2012

Exercises:
Weeded and worked on gate for 1 hour; installed slats in chain link fence for 1 hour; 20 counter push-ups

Meals:
Breakfast - Lemon/Honey/Betaine/Acerola/Astragalus/filtered water
Snack - filtered water
Lunch - raw colostrum
Snack - sun tea; homemade nut mix (filberts, walnuts, carob chips, cacao nibs, dried blueberries, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, cashews)
Dinner - leftover rotisserie chicken sandwich (on lettuce, not bread!); strawberries & raw cream; raw milk
Snack - filtered water
