Exercises:
Walked around store I serviced for 4.5 hours ...
80 jumps on trampoline
20 trampoline push-ups
20 trampoline crunches

Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local raw honey/filtered water with  NOW MSM powder & Eclectic Institute Spearmint Flavored Astragalus Glycerite; 2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread (toast) with organic local honey/Organic Valley Pasture Butter sandwich
Lunch - 2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread with MaraNatha Natural Raw almond butter/Smucker's Orchard's Finest Northwest Triple Berry jelly sandwich; filtered water
Dinner - homemade crepes with organic blackberries and whipped cream; filtered water
