20 counter push-ups (10 forward/10 backward); ab-doer, resistance rings, dumbbells, etc. (20 reps each)

Dinner - Pasta With Broccoli; homemade raw almond milk
Snack - Yummy Earth Organic blueberry Lollipop; filtered water
