January 13, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

Exercises:
Walked around store I serviced for 1 hour
80 jumps on trampoline
10 trampoline push-ups
10 trampoline crunches
Worked in yard for 1 hour

Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local raw honey/filtered water with Trader Joe's Vit. C powder & NOW MSM powder & Eclectic Institute Spearmint Flavored Astragalus Glycerite; Dorset Pineapple & Papaya Meusli with homemade raw almond milk
Snack - filtered water;
Lunch - homemade juice of organic Gala apples & Clementine oranges
Dinner - Pasta with homemade ground lamb/tomato pasta sauce; filtered water
Snack - Yummy Earth Organic Strawberry Lollipop; Bigelow Constant Comment tea with organic local raw honey and homemade raw almond milk
