Work Snack - filtered water; organic raw sunflower seeds
Lunch - homemade organic raw juice of 1 Gala apple, 2 carrots & 3 Clementine oranges
Snack - filtered water
Dinner - tri-color pasta with organic cream cheese/cheddar/parmesan/whole milk/pecan & red pepper flake sauce; homemade raw almond milk
