Lunch -  fried organic pasture egg on 2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread & Organic Valley Pasture Butter sandwich; filtered water
Dinner - Homemade burrito: homemade tortilla; Organic Valley Pasture Butter; organic ground pork fried in fat skimmed from homemade bone broth with cayenne pepper, chili pepper, Mediterranean spice & garlic salt; Trader Joe's Organic Refried Beans; white rice made with homemade bone broth; shredded Organic Valley Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese; homemade raw almond milk
