Exercises & Daily Meals - July 21, 2012

Exercises: 20 counter push-ups; walking up & down stairs about 50 times while carrying boxes and bins (for yard sale)

Daily Meals:
Breakfast -filtered water
Snack - Transition Nutrition Royal Himalayan Wild MacMulberry Mix, organic; filtered water
Lunch - Lunch - 5 pieces Applegate Organics Genoa Salami; Redwood Hill Farm Garlic Chive Chevre; 5 Blue Diamond Hazelnut Nut-Thins crackers; 5 Cat Cora's Kitchen Pitted Kalamata Olives; filtered water
Snack - sun tea
Dinner - broiled lamb shoulder; kidney beans with pasta; raw milk; watermelon chunks
Snack - filtered water


Estimated Carbohydrate Total:
69.25g What is my problem! The numbers are higher each day! Gotta do better. My joints are going to start hurting again if I'm not careful. I didn't even have my usual morning drink!
