Lunch: Fruit salad (shredded carrot, shredded apple, shredded coconut, raspberries, cacao nibs, chia seeds, Créme Fraîche); water
Snack: Organic Brown Rice Snaps, Unsalted Plain and Artisana Organic Raw Pecan Butter; Zhena's Gypsy tea Pumpkin Spice

Dinner: sliced lamb shank; raw milk
