Lunch: Theo Classics 85% Dark Chocolate; coconut date roll; water

Snack: Kalahari Cafè Artisan ChocoLattè Black Tea Hazelnut Mocha; homemade spiced pork rinds (chicharones); maple nuts

Dinner: pork stew meat rolled in taco seasoning; Romaine lettuce; cheese; raw milk
