Dinner - February 5, 2013

Tonight's dinner is based on this recipe: Baked Bell Pepper Basket.
You definitely don't have to eat bacon or eggs for breakfast! They are great any time of day!
I added some chopped yellow bell pepper to the 'stuffing' and topped with dried parsley and hot pepper flakes after cooking. So yum!
