January 24, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

Exercises:
80 jumps on trampoline
ab-doer; resistence rings (20 reps each)
20 counter push-ups (10 forward/10 backward)
Walked around store I serviced for 4+ hours
 
Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local raw honey/filtered water with  NOW MSM powder & Nature's Answer Astragalus Extract; Capretta Vanilla Goat Yogurt with Dorset Pineapple & Papaya Meusli
Work Snack - filtered water; organic raw sunflower seeds
Lunch - Baked cheese sandwich of Organic Valley Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese & Trader Joe's Fat Free Organic Whole Wheat Bread; filtered water
Dinner - baked organic local turkey leg; homemade organic French-fried potatoes in Fair Trade Organic White Virgin Coconut Oil with Spicely Organic Lemon Pepper & salt; homemade raw almond milk
Snack - Zhena's Gypsy Tea Pumpkin Spice with Straus Organic Whole milk; organic raw macadamia nuts; organic raw cacao nibs
